WHAT SHOULD I BUDGET FOR?

- Materials and setup for the career fair
- Hosting costs for mentorship gatherings and celebrations with the women

HOW DO I COVER THE COST?
Fundraising your trip is on you — Faith In Action isn't able to collect or manage donations on your behalf. Most people raise their support by simply telling their story: conversations with friends and family, a post or two on social media, a letter, whatever fits how you naturally reach people. However you raise it, the full amount needs to be settled with us before departure.
AM I BOOKING MY OWN FLIGHT?
Yes, that part's on you too. That said, we're happy to point you toward a travel agent we trust if you'd rather not navigate international booking alone. Some teams choose to fly out of the same U.S. city together before heading overseas — worth asking your trip coordinator if that's an option for your group. As a ballpark, domestic flights typically run [X]–[X]–

HOW SAFE IS IT OVER THERE?
Any international trip carries some level of risk, and we won't pretend otherwise. Our work happens in [insert region/city — confirm], alongside Wipe Every Tear's team. We haven't had any serious safety incidents or signs of unrest in the areas we operate. If a situation ever did arise, we'd lean on our on-the-ground leadership, local authorities, and prayer to navigate it.
HOW DOES FIA CONNECT TO WIPE EVERY TEAR?
Short version: we wouldn't exist without them. Our founder's friendship with WET's founder is the reason Faith In Action was started in the first place. WET does the work of reaching and rescuing women out of the sex trade; we come alongside afterward, helping those women figure out what's next through mentorship and our career fair. It's really one mission split across two organizations — nearly every woman FIA walks with came to us through WET first, and depending on timing, you may get to spend time in WET's programs too while you're there.
CAN I BRING A TEAM?
