From Brokenness to Masterpiece: The Story of Poema

Where hearts have been shattered and suffering has been carried in silence, there is a God who restores.

Faith in Action was born out of a deeply personal journey. Our founder, Borum Ahn, walked through the darkness of childhood abuse and exploitation, carrying that pain for years. But the Lord did not just rescue her—He restored her. He revealed that our stories are not defined by our wounds, but by the purpose He gives them. What began as a journey of personal healing has grown into a mission to walk alongside women as they rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

We invite you to "Poema" (God’s Masterpiece)—an evening dedicated to the truth that God is the ultimate artist. In the art of Kintsugi, broken pottery is mended with gold, making it stronger and more beautiful than before. This is the heart of our initiative, "Her God-Given Career." We aren't just helping survivors find a job; we are helping them rediscover their identity in Christ. Through mentorship, skills training, and job matching, we are building sustainable pathways to true freedom.

Join us on May 30th. Your partnership helps turn pain into purpose and brokenness into a masterpiece. Together, we can stand in the gap for the unseen and be the evidence of things hoped for.
